With Bilstein’s 6112 line of adjustable shocks we’ve put together a great suspension kit for that customer looking to lift their Bronco, improve the ride quality both on and off-road all while staying within a price point that maximizes your gains. The 6112 Series optimizes off-road and on-road capabilities with a 60mm digressive piston for increased damping control.

After lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our upper arms address these issues and more. Replacing the arms increase wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. You have the option of our uniball or billet series arms. We also engineered the arms with more caster and changed the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. As an upgrade we recommend one of our rear lower trailing arm kits. They’re considerably stronger, pivot on 1″ uniball bearings for more wheel travel and articulation.

Designed for the serious off-road adventure seeker, the all new BILSTEIN 6112 Series Kit is the ultimate suspension solution. The 6112 Series optimizes off-road and on-road capabilities with a 60mm digressive piston for increased damping control. This kit features specially designed cold wound springs and an adjustable spring seat which allows for vehicle leveling, larger tires, and increased ground clearance. The kit comes with (2) 60mm shocks (2) springs and (2) billet spring seats. The 6112 is a direct bolt on application for late model half-ton trucks and SUVs which utilize a factory coilover suspension. This 6112 kit is for rear applications and reuses the OEM top mount and spring isolators. To maximize performance, Bilstein recommends using with their 6112 series kit for the front.

Combine these with our lower trailing arms for improved articulation and strength.

Bilstein 5100 shock absorbers are designed as a direct fit solution for lifted trucks and SUV’s. These shock absorbers feature a monotube design which provides consistent fade free performance. 5100 shock absorbers utilize a unique, velocity sensitive, digressive piston which reacts to changing road conditions. All 5100 shock absorbers are tuned for each specific application to assure optimal performance is achieved. 5100 shock absorbers offer a significant improvement in ride quality, handling, and comfort.

The 6112 Series optimizes off-road and on-road capabilities with a 60mm digressive piston for increased damping control.

You can choose between our tubular and billet uniball arms depending on your budget and type of use. We’re able to increase wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We also engineered the arms with more caster and changed the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling both on and off-road. We combine these with Bilstein’s 5100 rear shocks that gain more wheel travel and improve the ride for everyday driving.

This is not compatible with vehicles equipped with electronic adaptive ride control suspension systems or 2022+ ZR2/AT4X models.

Note: some factory wheels will not clear the upper arm and may require a wheel spacer. We highly recommend aftermarket wheels with a zero offset with all our Chevy kits for optimum performance and fit.
