This years SCORE Baja 500 was a challenging experience for us. We were 5th off the line and within the first 50 miles got held up in a bottle neck and stuck in a silt section that took us over 45 minutes to get through. We were able get back up to 3rd place in the TT Spec class but got stuck again in the elusive Baja silt for another 40+ minutes. We were able to get free and cross the finish line 4th in class but due to a speed zone violation through town we were penalized and dropped our final result to a 6th place finish. All in all we’re happy with the finish as we had zero issues with our KINETIK TT Spec truck. Check back for our full race report and photo gallery.
