    Looking to build your own spindles/uprights using a bolt-on hub spindle snout? Our TT spindle snout block is CNC machined in-house from aircraft quality 4130 chromoly that’s 5/8″ thick. It’s 5″ x 7.25″ and uses the industry standard Dana 44  bolt pattern that we have doubled up (12 on 4″ w/ 3.375″ ID bore). The bolt holes are 3/8-24 and we recommend using mil-spec/NAS MS21250 series 12pt bolts to attach the snout with. The spindle bore is machined undersized and will need to be final machined for a slight press fit after welding and/or heat-treatment. These are thicker and taller than our standard square versions. We’ve also pocketed these to reduce weight without compromising the strength.

    We machine all sides and the top & bottom surfaces so everything is parallel. Nothing is laser or waterjet cut like cheaper versions.

    The STEEL-IT Polyurethane Coating System features a unique stainless steel leafing pigment, and provides optimum weather, abrasion, and corrosion resistance in off-road racing applications. The easy to apply system yields a hard, non-toxic, satin finish that protects a multitude of metallic and non-metallic surfaces from ultraviolet rays, chemicals, oils, alkalis, food acids, water immersion, abrasion, and high-pressure wash downs. It’s offered in their original gray and black as well.

    This single component coating does not require complicated mixing. Apply it directly from the can, it is air dried and requires no baking or heating. USDA-approved for use in the food processing and handling industry where incidental food contact may occur, STEEL-IT Polyurethane #1002 & 1012 blends polyurethane resin with Type 316L stainless steel leafing pigment to produce a rugged, non-toxic, satin finish.

We use these in all our KINETIK 7200/6100/TT chassis’s along with our custom builds. We fully machine these with pockets to reduce weight without compromising strength. They are set up for dowel pins to locate the engine block and transmission housing for proper alignment.

We use these in all our KINETIK 7200/6100/TT chassis’s along with our custom builds. We fully machine these with pockets to reduce weight without compromising strength. This is designed to be used with our KINETIK or Culhane rear tail housing assemblies. We incorporated these to mount the remote transmission filter and AN bulkhead fittings.

    Here’s the same filler cap kit we use on all our KINETIK race trucks and Camburg 4″ rear end housings. The cap is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, then anodized and laser engraved. It uses an o-ring seal to the steel threaded bung. The caps knurled perimeter make for quick spinning on and off and has a recessed hex head for use of a 1″ socket to make loosening and tightening easier. The cap is 3.20″ in diameter and has 2-1/4″-10 threads. The weld-on bung is 2.76″ in diameter x .600″ tall and has a step on the bottom to fit into a hole that’s 2.625″ to help center it.

    Our weld-on washers are CNC machined in-house from aircraft quality 4130 chromoly. They are 1/4″ thick and are designed to reinforce bolt holes by increasing the surface area thickness below the bolt head and nut. You can also use these to fix holes that have been damaged and ovaled out from loose hardware. These can be MIG or TIG welded onto mild steel or chromoly. They are sold in a pack of 4 washers. The 7/16″ – 9/16″ sizes have a 1.25″ OD and the larger 5/8″ – 3/4″ sizes have a 1.50″ OD.
