Super Lube PTFE Dry Film Heim & Uniball Lube

With heims and uniballs you want to make sure you use the right lube and not a grease or oil that attracts dirt. Super Lube® is a teflon (PTFE) based lubricant that goes on wet and dries to a film to coat and seal the surfaces. This minimizes stiction and corrosion in extreme conditions and resists dirt, dust and grime buildup. The synthetic PTFE polymer technology penetrates and displaces moisture and prevents rust and corrosion.

We recommend using a microfiber towel to wipe clean the surfaces prior to applying 3-4 drops. You can also use WD40 prior to help clean the surfaces but wait 1-2 days before applying Super Lube® to allow the solvents in the WD40 to fully evaporate.

Camburg Heim Kits

We’ve figured everything out for you with our Camburg heim kits. You just need to select the heim and bolt size you want to use along with the thread direction and tubing size. These kits use FK JMX & JM series heims, our 4130 chromoly thread bungs, our heat-treated stainless steel mis-alignment spacers and the matching steel jam nut. Everything is Made in the USA and not some cheap imports. Use these to build upper or lower control arms, spindles, trailing arms, etc.

Refer to the diagrams for sizing, spacer spread and degrees of movement.

The JMX series are stronger heat-treated alloy bodies for racing vs the standard mild steel JM series.

Camburg Heim Jam Nuts

Yes even jam nuts matter. These are not cheap imports that easily round off when tightening. They are steel thats been zinc plated for corrosion resistance and Made in the USA. We offer these in a wide range of sizes threaded in left-hand and right-hand versions.

Camburg Heim Thread Bungs

Our Camburg threaded bungs are machined in-house from aircraft quality 4130 chromoly, not cheap mild steel or imported low quality material. These are a stepped design to match the OD of the tubing being used with a chamfered fillet for MIG or TIG welding them in. We offer these is a wide range of sizes for different heim/rod end sizes and tubing sizes.

You can use these to custom build tie rods, upper control arms, lower & upper links/trailing arms among many other applications. We offer them in both right-hand and left-hand versions depending on the size.

FK Heim Joints / Rod Ends

Not only do we use FK heim joints in all of our kits, but also on our KINETIK race trucks. They are Made in the USA, unlike cheaper lower quality imports many other companies use. Depending on the size and series they are either mild steel or heat-teated chromoly bodies with a PTFE (teflon) liner and are available in left and right hand thread versions. Select from the drop-down for specific pricing and available sizes.

Our high mis-alignment spacers are CNC machined in-house from heat-treated stainless steel and are available in an assortment of sizes for different heims and uniballs. Our design maximizes strength and mis-alignment angles for the specific bolt sizes. Refer to our spec chart for dimensions and specs.

Need to replace a uniball in an existing kit or building something yourself? These are the bearings we use in our various kits and race trucks. They are all manufactured by FK Bearings and Made in the USA, not some cheap imports. These are all PTFE lined (teflon) internally. We can also special order other sizes and styles. Camburg 4130 Chromoly Uniball Cups

If you’re looking to build your own upper/lower arms, spindles or links we have what you’re looking for. We CNC machine our uniball cups in-house from US 4130 chromoly, not cheap mild steel or imported materials. Unlike most other companies we also machine the OD of the cup to remove the material scale/finish for better welding. Don’t pay more for something less. We designed our cups for maximum mis-alignment and strength. These can be MIG or TIG welded and also heat-treated after final fabrication.

We have 3 versions available in our 1″ cups, the wider sizes are typically used for lower control arms or lower links for maximum weld attachment. The 1.25″ and 1.50″ come in one standard size.
