Looking to build your own spindles/uprights using a bolt-on hub spindle snout? Our TT spindle snout block is CNC machined in-house from aircraft quality 4130 chromoly that’s 5/8″ thick. It’s 5″ x 7.25″ and uses the industry standard Dana 44  bolt pattern that we have doubled up (12 on 4″ w/ 3.375″ ID bore). The bolt holes are 3/8-24 and we recommend using mil-spec/NAS MS21250 series 12pt bolts to attach the snout with. The spindle bore is machined undersized and will need to be final machined for a slight press fit after welding and/or heat-treatment. These are thicker and taller than our standard square versions. We’ve also pocketed these to reduce weight without compromising the strength.

    • Designed for all Camburg 12 bolt spindle snouts among many others

We machine all sides and the top & bottom surfaces so everything is parallel. Nothing is laser or waterjet cut like cheaper versions.

These 2.50 spindle snouts are designed for our Camburg 2.50 front hubs. We CNC machine them in-house from aircraft quality US 4340 chromoly. Our manufacturing process on these gives you the best product available. Starting with a 5″ billet 4340 bar we machine them to rough dimensions of the final part. We then have them heat-treated and stress relieved by a leading aerospace facility. After heat-treatment, we then machine and thread the critical dimensions and smooth bearing surfaces to 0.001″ tolerances. These use the industry standard Dana 44 bolt pattern, that has been doubled up (12 on 4.00″ bolt pattern) that also registers into a 3.375″ bore. We’ve cut no corners in the production process and only use the best materials.

These are complete and include the locking style spindle nut that uses a ring that bolts to the face of the nut and registers into the snout. We offer these in both right hand and left hand thread versions so order one of each when needing a set.

We suggest using MS/NAS MS21250 3/8″ 12pt hardware to attach these to machined spindle blocks and safety wired.

  •  2″ ID Timken wheel bearings
  • Billet aluminum hubs
  • 5 on 5.5″ or 6 on 5.5″ bolt patterns

Our Camburg 2.0 front hubs are a great lower cost option for prerunners and lighter weight race trucks. These are the hubs we use in our Tacoma/Tundra race long-travel kits and our Ranger i-beam race spindles. They are available in 5 on 5.5″ and 6 on 5.5″ bolt patterns only.

Our 2.0 lightweight front hub design has a wide bearing spread for increased strength and longevity. We also use larger 7″ round material for the hub body for increased strength around the wheel stud area.

We offer it in two WMS (“wheel mounting surface”) options. Our most commonly used and recommended version has the WMS on center of the the hub. We also have a version with the WMS pulled inward 3/4″ for some limited applications. Many variables come into play when deciding what offset to use, including suspension geometry, brakes, steering, etc. Call or email for more info.

We CNC machine the hubs in-house from 6061-T6 aluminum, then type II anodize them matte black. We use large 5/8-18 large wheel studs with our hub-centric center caps that help get the wheel on when you’re out on the race course where time is critical. We supply them with high quality Timken bearings and races along with SKF seals along with the necessary hardware.

We also offer a brake rotor hat that slips over our hub. It’s machined in-house from 6061-T6 aluminum, then anodized matte black. It has the common 8 on 7.62″ brake rotor bolt pattern and includes 5/16-24 x 1″ SHCS bolts.

To complete this setup you’ll need our weld-in/bolt-on spindle snouts and our custom spindle nut wrench.

Our race and championship winning Camburg 2.50 front hubs are the ultimate front hub setup for race trucks and serious prerunners. These are what we use on all our KINETIK 7200/6100/TT’s. They are available in 5 on 5.5″ and 6 on 5.5″ bolt patterns along with the larger 6 on 6.5″ racing bolt pattern.

Our 2.50 lightweight front hub design has a wide bearing spread for increased strength and longevity. We also use larger 7″ & 8″ round material for the hub body for increased strength around the wheel stud area. We CNC machine the hubs in-house from more expensive and stronger 7075-T6 aluminum, then type II anodize them matte black. Our wheel studs are also machined in-house from 4340 chromoly, then heated-treated, stress relieved and black-oxide coated. They have 5/8-18 threads with an 11/16 shoulder for optimum strength. The tapered hub-centric center caps help get the wheels on when you’re out on the race course where time is critical. We supply them with high quality Timken bearings and races along with SKF seals. Our red brake rotor adapters round out the package with all the necessary hardware, o-rings, etc and bearing preload spacers. Simple things like drilled head bolts to safety wire the brake rotor adapters on, show the attention to detail with our hub kits that you don’t get from other companies. We cut no corners or costs using the best materials, designs and processes.

To complete this setup you’ll need our weld-in/bolt-on spindle snouts and our custom spindle nut wrench.

The factory Chevy/GMC 1500 2wd front hub units are notorious for having issues, even when running stock size tires. We designed this kit using our 2.0 race hub to replace the factory hub unit and bolt right on without having to modify your brake calipers or spindles. The Camburg 2.0 race hub kit is the perfect upgrade to eliminate the stock wheel bearing issues these trucks have.

Our 2.0 lightweight front hub design has a wide bearing spread for increased strength and longevity. We also use larger 7″ round material for the hub body for increased strength around the wheel stud area. We CNC machine the hubs in-house from 6061-T6 aluminum, then type II anodize them matte black. They are available with 14mm or larger 5/8″ wheel studs. Our custom 14mm wheel studs are also machined in-house from 4340 chromoly, then heated-treated, stress relieved and black-oxide coated.  These are considerably stronger than the stock studs and a great option for customer not looking to modify their existing wheels. The hub-centric center caps help get the wheels on when you’re out in the dirt. We supply them with high quality Timken bearings and races along with SKF seals. The 2″ 4140 heat-treated hollow spindle snouts round out the package with all the necessary hardware and bearing preload spacers.  The attention to detail with our hub kit is unmatched from other companies. We cut no corners or costs using the best materials, designs and processes.

This is a direct bolt on replacement and will work with the stock brake calipers and rotors.

We were the first to offer a race hub upgrade for these trucks and have tons being used on the street and on race trucks.

    • Wheels must have 4.25″ center-bore
    • Wheels must be machined to use larger 5/8″ wheel studs
    • No ABS sensor provision
    • OEM rotor must have center-bore machined to 4.25″ and chamfered on the backside of the ID.
