    Looking to improve the rear of your truck? We use the best leafs springs out there manufactured in the USA by Deaver Spring who’s been in the business for over 100 years.

    The M55 spring pack lifts the rear 1.5″ compared to stock. These are more progressive for better bottoming control when off-roading but plush when driven on the street for a much better ride compared to stock springs both on and off-road.

    The M66 spring packs lift the rear 1.5″ compared to stock. These have a 450 lbs. higher load capacity for trucks with a shell, tool box, tent, etc. that are carrying more weight all the time. If you’ve got a Trail or Overland rig, these are the springs for you. These are more progressive for better bottoming control when off-roading but plush when driven on the street for a much better ride compared to stock springs both on and off-road.

    The springs pivot on polyurethane bushings versus rubber which allows for better articulation and longevity and come with stronger u-bolts.

    These require using longer shocks intended for the amount of lift.

    The F85 mini-pack is available at a lower cost and replaces the factory over-load spring with a 3 leaf pack for 1.5″ of added lift. This is better than using a block or add-a-leaf that stiffens the ride in this price point. This converts the stock 2-stage leaf springs to a progressive design.

    The J66 spring pack lifts the rear 1″ compared to stock. These are more progressive for better bottoming control when off-roading but plush when driven on the street for a much better ride compared to stock springs both on and off-road.

    The U402 spring packs lift the rear 2″ compared to stock. These have a higher load capacity for trucks with a shell, tool box, tent, etc. that are carrying more weight all the time. If you’ve got a Trail or Overland rig, these are the springs for you. These are more progressive for better bottoming control when off-roading but plush when driven on the street for a much better ride compared to stock springs both on and off-road. They are available in 3 variations based on added load capacity ratings.

    The K80 spring pack does not lift the rear of your 10-14 Raptor when removing the factory block. The K96 spring pack lifts it 1″ over stock when removing the factory block. They are more progressive for better bottoming control when off-roading but plush when driven on the street for a much better ride compared to stock springs both on and off-road. This kit also eliminates the factory block for less axle wrap and also allows for more wheel travel.

    For Overland or Chase trucks the K96HD springs have a higher load capacity when constantly running around with around 500 lbs. in the bed. Great if you’re running around with a tent setup or shell with some gear.

    When installing Deaver leaf springs or just removing the factory block, you need to relocate the factory rubber bumpstop so that you don’t bottom out the shock before the suspension. Now with this spacer installed the bumpstop will contact the housing correctly and keep you from damaging the shocks.

    We CNC machine these in-house from 6061 aluminum, then have them bead blasted, anodized and laser etched. We include the necessary metric hardware.

    For serious off-roading we recommend our air bumpstop kit using FOX or King 2.5 bumpstops for increased bottoming control.

    The L83 spring pack does not lift the rear of your ’17-20 Raptor when removing the factory block. The L84 spring pack lifts it 1″ over stock when removing the factory block. They are more progressive for better bottoming control when off-roading but plush when driven on the street for a much better ride compared to stock springs both on and off-road. This kit also eliminates the factory block for less axle wrap and also allows for more wheel travel. We recommend using longer shocks intended for the amount of lift with the L84 springs to maximize wheel travel.

    On F-150’s the L83 spring pack will lift the rear 1.5-2″ with the factory block removed and requires longer length shocks. We do not recommend the L84’s on F-150’s.

    For Overland or Chase trucks the L83HD and L84HD springs have a higher load capacity when constantly running around with around 500 lbs. in the bed. Great if you’re running around with a tent setup or shell with some gear.

    When we designed our spring-under kit for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma’s we wanted to take the guess work out and make a kit that’s easier to install. We did this by designing the front and rear spring hangers to bolt to the frame using the existing holes used by the factory mounts that are riveted on. Our mounts are considerably stronger than weld-on versions and we incorporated tabbing on the rear mounts for a x-member or fuel cell cradle for even more strength.

    We spent a lot of time with Deaver Spring designing leaf springs for optimum wheel travel and performance. We offer two different springs based on how you’re building your truck. We offer a “prerunner” and a “race” spring setup based on the load capacity needed. One spring doesn’t work for everyone.

    This race and BITD 7100 class championship winning kit has been used over the years on serious prerunners and race trucks in the deserts of California and as far as the Dakar rally. A limited travel variation of this kit was also used on the 2017 Tacoma we raced in the 2017 Mint 400 in the 7300 class.

    This suspension kit is for the serious builder/enthusiast  and is intended to be used with a bed cage and 2.5-3.0 x 16-18″ travel shocks through the bed along with FOX or King bump stops. Their is quite a bit of work involved with installing these parts and is not an entry level install.

    This is for the serious off-roader. We designed this kit to be used with our bed cage system for maximum useable wheel travel. For the most part this kit bolts on but there is minor fab work and welding involved. The benefits of going spring-under with the leaf springs is more wheel travel, faster rebound and articulation from a leaf spring pack that has more arch without lifting the rear too much, a more progressive design for better bottoming control and reduced axle wrap.
