Building a pre-runner or race truck from the ground up or looking to upgrade your existing truck? Our KINETIK front suspension bulkhead kit takes the headache out of designing the front of the truck; after all it’s one of the most complicated aspects to the truck. We designed this based around our proven TT/6100 chassis and geometry and gives you a great starting point to build from or easily graft into an existing tube chassis or frame rails. By MIG welding this we’re able to bring the cost down and offer something a little more affordable without compromising quality or the components. We put just as much attention and detail into this setup as our top level platforms. Suspension pivot points are FK 1″ and 1.50″ uniballs and 7/8″ heims, we don’t use cheap delrin bushings. The steering uses FK 7/8″ and 1″ heims with our billet machined tie rods that tie into our steering rack adapter. We blanchard grind the bulkhead where the steering rack mounts after welding for the perfect fit, which most companies don’t do. This insures the the rack sits perfectly flat and isn’t put into a bind when bolted down which increases wear and tear on the internal components. We also supply you with all 12 point & hex MS/NAS aircraft bolts and hardware for the utmost strength and precision with their properly shouldered grip lengths. This setup is above and beyond many of the competitors out there.

We also offer a fully TIG welded and heat-treated version. If you’re looking for something a little more complete, we also offer our chassis platforms in various configurations that have the engine cage and upper shock mounts setup along with 2.5 air bump mounts.
