We’re just wrapping up the final design on these with the testing we’ve been performing on them. We should have these available in 6-8 weeks (as of 8/29).

Our Camburg bump stop mounts bolt onto the rear of your Gen3 2021-2023 Ford Raptor with ease. These are designed to use FOX or King 2.5 x 2.5 hydraulic bump stops. They provide additional bottom out control to maximize the vehicles entire suspension travel. We also incorporate a bolt-on frame x-member to add torsional strength. They are MIG welded, powdercoated a textured gray to match our billet arms and the FOX shock hard anodize. They include all the necessary Grade 8 hardware. These bolt into existing holes in the frame, so their is no guess work on placement or drilling needed.

We also supply a thick bump pad that gets installed on the axle housing and gives the bump stop a flat surface to hit and has attachment points for the wheel speed sensor wires to keep them out of the way and secure.

Designed to use FOX #980-02-801, 981-25-040 and King #BS2525 bump stops only.

With heims and uniballs you want to make sure you use the right lube and not a grease or oil that attracts dirt. Super Lube® is a teflon (PTFE) based lubricant that goes on wet and dries to a film to coat and seal the surfaces. This minimizes stiction and corrosion in extreme conditions and resists dirt, dust and grime buildup. The synthetic PTFE polymer technology penetrates and displaces moisture and prevents rust and corrosion.

We recommend using a microfiber towel to wipe clean the surfaces prior to applying 3-4 drops. You can also use WD40 prior to help clean the surfaces but wait 1-2 days before applying Super Lube® to allow the solvents in the WD40 to fully evaporate.

Super Lube® PTFE synthetic grease is the grease of choice to use for any polyurethane, delrin or composite bushings used in the suspension like upper control arms and leaf springs. It contains versatile water-proof, non-melting, high-temp teflon (PTFE) and is formulated to seal out water and to lubricate under the most adverse conditions. It’s superior adhesive and extreme pressure qualities, combined with it’s urethane compatibility makes it the one to use.

Many greases are not compatible with polyurethane, delrin or composite bushings and can actually cause squeaking and degrade them. Other greases will also require more frequent service as they will break down faster from the constant heat and friction.

We have these available in a standard 14oz. grease tube canister so you’re able to use a grease gun through zerk fittings as well as 14oz tub container if you want to manually brush/apply it to various bushings and surfaces.

When using a grease gun slowly add grease and on Toyota upper control arms or other model arms with washers up against the bushings, make sure to loosen the frame bolt slightly to allow the old grease and air to purge out. Then re-tighten to specs. If not, you will pressurize the bushing assembly and distort and/or damage the bushings.

We recommend greasing upper control arm bushings 2-3 times per year or every 5-8k miles depending on use. Higher frequency lubing may be required when used off-road and/or in wet/snow/mud conditions.

    Our heim steering upgrade for the new 2021+ Ford Bronco is an easy bolt-on kit to increase the strength of your steering system. We replace the OEM outer tie rod with a CNC machined version from 6061-T6511 aerospace aluminum that we type II anodize black. We adapt a FK JMX series 7/8″ teflon-lined heim joint/rod end with our heat-treated stainless steel high mis-alignment spacers. Our one piece lower spacer matches the factory ball-joint taper in the spindle/knuckle, so there’s no need to drill or modify the factory parts. These are considerably stronger and higher quality than the original parts and built to much higher precision standards that serious off-roading requires. We supply aircraft AN bolts for the heim pivots that have the proper grip/shoulder length for maximum strength.

    Our Camburg preload spring spacers are a cost effective and easy way to lift & level the front of your ’21-23 Gen3 Ford Raptor while still keeping the plush factory ride with the OEM Fox coilovers. Lifting the front also increases your compression travel which is a great benefit off-roading while also adding a little more ground clearance.

    We offer these in two sizes and colors, 1″ lift to level it out and 1.5″ lift if you’re looking for a little taller ride height and/or you plan on lifting the rear as well. Don’t confuse these with standard cheap “spacer” lifts. These preload the coil spring, they do not space the shock down allowing the suspension to droop out too far and potentially damaging parts.

    We CNC machine these in-house from aerospace quality 6061-T6 aluminum, then have them anodized and laser etched. These install easily onto your factory OEM Fox coilovers. These are not designed to be used in conjunction with aftermarket coil springs.

    Combine these with our KINETIK series billet upper control arms and trailing arms to correct and improve geometry for better handling.

    Looking to do a Raptor suspension conversion on your standard F-150? Here’s the first step allowing you to run the bigger diameter, longer length Raptor specific coilovers with our Camburg conversion weld-in coil buckets.

    This conversion is for the skilled do it yourselfer or a qualified off-road shop to take on since you’ll be cutting, fitting, grinding and welding these onto the factory frame. The Ford frames through the years vary every so slightly so some minor fitting is involved. Their manufacturing tolerances are no where near what we keep. These were designed to be welded in and we do not recommend trying to bolt them in. The holes are for proper placement/fixturing and to allow the upper control arms bolts to tie into further gusseting the frame and making it stronger. When you’re all said and done and you’ve given it a coat of black Steel-It, you would think it was factory. Refer to CAD drawings showing what area of the stock bucket is retained and used as a guide for cutting. Check 3 times, cut once; you can always trim off more if need be.

    These are designed to be used with Ford Raptor ’17-20 (GEN2) coilovers from FOX, King & Icon or the OEM FOX coilovers. FOX’s ’19-20 Live Valve coilovers will need to have the Live Valve deleted to operate properly. Depending on your suspension parts setup, you may need to install limit straps to not allow the suspension to droop too far and put something into a bind.

    • These are designed to be used with Raptor specific upper and lower control arms and coilovers.
    • This is not compatible with vehicles equipped with Continuously Controlled Damping (CCD) adaptive suspension, BlueCruise or PowerBoost Hybrid engines.

    A JKS Exhaust Extension Kit is required for proper driveshaft clearance after installing a lift kit on your 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. When installed, this kit adds clearance between the front driveshaft and the passenger’s side exhaust crossover tube.     When going with larger tires on the ’07-21 Tundra’s, it’s not uncommon for the front tires to rub the body mount behind the tire. The easy solution is to cut it back and plate it in. We make that process even easier with our laser cut plates. We’ve taken the time consuming step of making the plates, out of the equation. Now just cut, weld, paint and you’re done.  You can use these for stock width suspension setups and long-travel. We recommend painting them after welding with Steel-It’s black coating.
