An easy way to mount limit straps to the frame/chassis is using this clevis. It gives you the ability to adjust the strap length so initial setup is not as critical and you can re-adjust if the strap stretches over time or if you miscalculated the location slightly. You will need to make the necessary mount this fits into that’s welded or bolted to the chassis/frame.

These are setup to work with 1, 2 or 3 limit straps.

  • Sold individually

Our Camburg limit straps are made in the USA and quad wrapped (4 layers) for the ultimate strength from military grade materials. The mounting tabs are heat-treated 4130 chromoly and plated black for corrosion resistance. These won’t stretch like cheaper versions will that are made overseas using inferior materials. For off-road use we recommend running 2 straps per wheel minimum.

These are used to “limit” the suspension so that you’re not pulling on the shocks or over extending the steering, driveshafts, CV’s, etc. You can also use these for many other things like driveshaft loops and in vertical spare tire cradles to keep a flat from falling out the bottom.

  • These are sold individually not as a pair.
