     These are the strongest stock replacement spindles/knuckles out there on the market. These work with our long-travel kit and stock length lower arms.

    We designed these around the factory OEM spindle geometry and took them to the next level in strength and craftsmanship. With over 13+ years of running history of the stock design and us building custom versions for the military, we took what we’ve learned and know and applied them to our new Camburg performance spindles. We improved upon the design Toyota started with a much stronger detailed version. We also relocate the ABS speed sensor that is prone to being damaged off-road internally.

    These work on 4wd and 2wd models with no modifications regardless if you’re running stock lower arms or a long travel kit. These do not lift the truck or widen it since it’s built around the factory specs.

    Using the latest Faro scanning technology and Solidworks CAD/CAM modeling, we build these in house for the utmost control. We start with steel billets that get heavily CNC machined for weight reduction and precision, MIG weld the laser cut plates, then have them sand blasted and powder coated textured black. Once in your hands they are ready to be installed and come with all the necessary hardware. We also include stronger stainless braided kevlar reinforced front brake lines

    • On 2016+ models you will need to drill out the brake caliper bolt holes in our spindles to 9/16″ as they use larger metric bolts.

We do remove the provision for the front sway-bar so it will need to be removed. Strength, performance and articulation is our main focus on a product like this while having 2.5 coilovers that have added low speed compression to control body roll. We weren’t willing to compromise the integrity of the spindle for the serious off-roaders. If you have FOX 2.5 DSC coilovers you can adjust the low speed compression to control body roll during cornering.

    Must have uniball upper control arms to use these spindles or Tacoma ball-joint upper arms as the 4-Runner ball-joint stud is too short. These will not work with the stock upper control arms.

    When increasing tire size from stock, we recommend a zero offset wheel (4.50-4.75″ backspacing) for added clearance. Stock wheels and tires fit correctly “as is”.

    These fabricated spindles for your 2wd F-150 lift the front end 4.5″ compared to stock and also increases the track width 1.25″ per side for added stability and a minor increase in wheel travel. This gives you the ability to have 4.5-6.5″ of lift when combined with a coilover. Instead of maxing out your coilovers for lift, now you can rely on the spindle for lift which will really improve the ride and performance since you’ll have more droop travel. With these spindles you also gain 4.5″ of ground clearance which is a huge improvement for off-road use. We took what we know from long-travel kits and racing and applied it to these components.

    CAD designed and laser cut, these fabricated spindles/knuckles are much stronger compared to the OEM parts and cheaper aftermarket versions that are cast from low quality materials overseas.  We CNC machine them in-house using higher strength materials under tighter tolerances. These bolt right on and include all the hardware necessary. These also include longer stainless braided front brake lines.

    Available for 2wd 1987-1996 F-150’s, these new race spindles replace the weak link in the front suspension, NO STOCK BALL JOINTS! We replace the upper and lower ball-joints with 1″ FK uniballs with heat treated stainless steel spacers and 3/4″ through bolts. Minor fabrication/machining to the i-beam end will be needed and we recommend double shearing the uniballs. These are designed for the standard 2wd beam end, not a 4wd Dana 44 beam conversion. We also build 1.5″ of lift into these for better ground clearance. You will need to convert your steering to use a FK 7/8″ JMX heim joint.

    We can mix and match many different hub and brake combinations with this design to suit your needs and budget. Standard they come with our 2.25 hubs and 12″ Wilwood rotors and superlite 4 piston calipers.

    You need wheels that are setup for 5/8″ wheel studs and have a 4.25″ center-bore.

    We highly recommend a qualified off-road shop installing these race parts.

    These fabricated race spindles replace the weak link in the front i-beam suspension, no more weak ball-joints and cast parts to fail. Over the last 15+ years we’ve tested various designs and this by far is the best and has won multiple races and championships on various race trucks.

    We fabricate these from 4130 chromoly and replace the weak upper & lower ball-joints with FK 1″ uniballs.  We also build 1.5″ of lift into these for added ground clearance at the wheel/hub area and below the i-beams. We CNC machine heat-treated stainless uniball spacers that fit into the lower taper and upper alignment cams to make installation easier. For serious racers we recommend double shearing the mounts which requires fabrication and machining. We also convert the outer tie rod to use a FK 7/8 x 7/8″ heim joint (JMX-14T-770) so you will need to modify your existing steering.

    We build these around our Camburg 2.0 race hubs which use a larger 5 on 5.5″ bolt pattern not native to the Ranger with Wilwood 4 piston calipers and 12″ rotors. You will need a wheel machined with a 4.25″ center-bore setup for 5/8″ wheel studs. When running smaller 15″ wheels we recommend wheels with 3.5″ backspacing for brake caliper clearance.

    We highly recommend a qualified off-road shop installing these race parts.

    These are our fabricated 4″ lift spindles for the 2005-2023 2wd 6-lug Tacomas. These are a great solution for larger tires and factory ride or much need clearance for larger tires with our bolt in mid travel coilover or long Travel kits. Factory spindles are known for bending so this new design is much stronger than the factory units giving you strength needed for off road use. These spindles are CNC machined, fully fabricated, with an internally gusseted boxed design, 3/4″ wider per side to correct spindle offset as well as more tire clearance with upper arms. Our new steering arm angle will relieve binding on the factory outer tie rods at droop allowing for more wheel travel. You also gain ground clearance with the added lift built into the spindle.

    We offer the spindle in two versions, one that incorporates the factory sway-bar mount for stock length upper & lower arms and our long-travel version that does not have the sway-bar mount, making it stronger. The stock brake lines for either version are too short. If you’re running these with our long-travel kit you will need longer brake lines than supplied. When ordering let us know if that’s the case so we can supply the correct versions.
