Our new Camburg Trail Series Long Travel kit bridges the gap between daily driver and race truck. We designed this kit with the ability to build up your truck in stages or all at once. With every new design project, we address what the truck needs, what features we want to incorporate and blend proven aspects from our current race series long travel kits and design elements from our newer Ford Raptor long travel kit. Whether you’re out exploring the trails in MOAB or wide open down in Baja Mexico, this is the kit that takes your Tundra to the next level.

Wanting to gain wheel travel, articulation and stability, we went 2” wider per side. With as big as these trucks already are we didn’t want to go too wide and limit your trail use. This kit is designed around using aftermarket fiberglass fenders so you’re able to run up to a 39″ tire without limiting wheel travel or turning radius.

The kit is designed to use readily available bolt-in OEM style coilovers from FOX, King, Bilstein & Icon. So, if you want to build your truck in stages or have already lifted your truck with coilovers, you can use them with this kit. We recommend extended travel version coilovers for maximum useable wheel travel.

Combine this with our optional Slapper Bump Stop Kit for the ultimate in bottoming resistance for those serious hits and g-out situations that sneak up on you. We’ll also have available our optional KINETIK front sway-bar system to lesson body roll without limiting wheel travel and articulation if you prefer sports car type cornering as well as our heim outer tie rod upgrade to strengthen the steering components.

    Countless hours were spent designing and refining these arms to the point where they met our high standards. CAD designing and machining gave us the ability to bring some new design elements and features to the table. We CNC machine these from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, then send them out to be Type II anodized King blue and have our Camburg logo laser etched black.

    These can allow for more wheel travel with extended length coilovers and we correct the suspension geometry with an increase in caster to improve the handling both on and off-road. This gives your truck a much more predictable and precision feel, especially once you leave the pavement and hit the dirt

    Like our tubular arms we use a larger FK 1.25” uniball that has a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment for maximum useable wheel travel. Made in the USA these are far superior to the cheaper and smaller imports other companies use. Adapting the uniball to the spindle/knuckle is done using model specific spacers that match the factory taper precisely. These are machined from heat-treated stainless steel and are a one piece design for increased strength. No drilling or modifications are needed. The 1.25” uniball gives us the ability to run a larger bolt with a low profile press-on uniball cap to resist the elements.

    Using larger and stronger FK 7/8” chromoly heim joints allows for additional camber and caster adjustment if needed. Using a heim joint also eliminates flexing/deflection under hard use and braking with zero binding when in use. Using AN/Mil-spec hardware we have a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut to insure the heim is secure with the rigors of off-road use.     COMING SOON – PRE-ORDER

    We’re just wrapping up the final design on these with the testing we’ve been performing on them. We should have these available in 6-8 weeks (as of 8/29).

    Our Camburg bump stop mounts bolt onto the rear of your Gen3 2021-2023 Ford Raptor with ease. These are designed to use FOX or King 2.5 x 2.5 hydraulic bump stops. They provide additional bottom out control to maximize the vehicles entire suspension travel. We also incorporate a bolt-on frame x-member to add torsional strength. They are MIG welded, powdercoated a textured gray to match our billet arms and the FOX shock hard anodize. They include all the necessary Grade 8 hardware. These bolt into existing holes in the frame, so their is no guess work on placement or drilling needed.

    We also supply a thick bump pad that gets installed on the axle housing and gives the bump stop a flat surface to hit and has attachment points for the wheel speed sensor wires to keep them out of the way and secure.

    Designed to use FOX #980-02-801, 981-25-040 and King #BS2525 bump stops only.

We machine these in-house from aerospace quality 6061-T6 aluminum and our pocketed design decreases weight without compromising strength. Then send them out to be Type II anodized King blue and have our Camburg logo laser etched black.

    With FK 1″ uniball bearing pivots front and rear, these precision bearings allow for zero flex or binding with maximum articulation and wheel travel. Taken from our race link kits, we also supply delrin “wobble stoppers” for the front pivots that keep the lower arms positioned vertically throughout the suspension cycle. We supply stronger Grade 9 bolts and hardware for the pivots as well.

    Adding our trailing arm kit to your Bronco is an easy bolt-on project that will make a significant improvement for off-road use and includes all the necessary hardware.
